Hi All,

I have a help page that tells new users how to sign up and log into the website. Unregistered users can see the page, which is great, but then registered users only see an empty container (see Help_Page 01 and 02).

In the backend, the page is set to 'Public'. The page's behavior doesn't change if I set it to 'Registered'. (But, as I expected, the page will throw a 404 if I set it to 'Special').

Anyone got suggestions?

Hi. Is that a component or a module? If it's a module ensure that you have not any weird checks on your template when you load the module position. You can also try to append "?template=atomic" to the URL to see the behaviour in another template. In case it works you need to check again your template code.

Thank you so much. That's a neat debugging tool that I'd never learned, but the item is a component so it still disappears when I switch themes.
