Hi K2ers,

Been using K2 to setup a Joomla site (currently local dev) please bare with me as I try to explain as best I can.

I have my main home page as "K2 » Latest items from (one or more) users or categories" which is displaying 2 items perfectly.

When i publish a 3rd/4th/5th item the site goes crazy and destroys all css and makes the items unclickable almost like pc has frozen. The sidebar freezes up and aligns itself underneath the content and the footer aligns itself where the sidebar should be.

So...

<!header with logo> Works!
<!navbar and search> Works!
<!content> Frozen!
<!sidebar> Frozen and aligned under content!
<!footer> Works but aligned next to content!
<!copyright links> Works!

At first I thought has to be a css problem but why would that render the links unclickable? If I only publish 2 items then everything above works fine.

My css is displaying like this with 3 or more items published:

Notice the last div for latestItemView? its displaying inside rather than outside?

I'm stumped at a solution, I've double checked I'm setting display # items to 10, I've tried removing components that may be conflicting.

I'm using K2 v2.5.7

Anyone who can help i'll buy u a coffee :) and any help is much appreciated.

I unpublished different items only to find 1 item causing the problem. Still Investigating.

Hi. Are you using an override to the latest.php? If so, ensure that you have not any non-closing tags. You can also try to validate your page so you can find any non-closing tags.
