Need to remove folder image

Need to remove folder image was created by Daniel

For some reason i get a huge folder appear above articles in list with the name of catagory

How do i get rid of it it looks horrible lol any ideas ive tried hiding categories the lot :S

Either upload a category image, or set the category view params to Hide the category image
