How to upgrade to lastest version or K2 was created by Crystal

Upgarding form 2.2.5 ro 2.2.7. Do I just install the full 2.2.7? No patches?

Back up your site!
Install 2.5.7 with the installer on top of the current install
If you made changes to core files they will be lost
