How to restrict elFinder filebrowser for registered user, so they could only search through own folder (ex. images/users/$username)

Now any registered user can watch whole images folder - files are read only, but he can see all and this is unacceptable.

I have JCE editor and there i could easyly restrict users to path /images/user/$username

Certainly an interesting topic. I am currently looking at a solution for this issue myself. Did anyone manage to find a solution already?
I think you could modify some properties of the elFinder 'connector', which is set in administrator/com_k2/controllers/media.php, but I am not sure whether this would be a safe solution.
