Hi, some background, I have a main category (Finances) and sub categories (Personal Finances, Debt Management, Budgeting, Wealth Building), what I want to do is, under the main menu link "Finances" I want to display a few items from these sub categories say 6 from every sub category, if you look at this website: rt.com/ on their home page is almost what I want to do, under their category "News" all the items from that day is show there, nice and clean.

I just wonder what is the best approach to achieve something like this?

just note I am gona add other modules above the K2 items, for the look and feel to the site, but under that I want to have the latest items under the K2 categories.
