I installed K2, set the properties for categories, and managed my items inside each one. I also set to show authors in item pages.
But today, after some weeks, author name is not shown in items pages and also the author extended profile view at the bottom of item pages! Instead, it only shows the label: Written by
I've enabled CB profiles in K2 parameters.
Maybe a change in settings in other joomla or CB sections caused this malfunction!

Anybody can help me? it's really critical!

Have you tried disabling the CB component and see if the author details show?

It was "Community Builder Author" plugin causing this problem, I installed it to make CB format names shown as the author of articles.
But now I'm forced to disable it.
