I am getting a page doesn't exist error with a new installation of k2

To view the issue... click on "REGISTER/RECOMMEND A BUSINESS" menu item.

it is a fresh joomla 1.5 installation on a yootheme "mellow" template.

any thoughts? I have set up a category and selected it in the menu bar but it still wont work....
