K2 lets you mark an item as 'featured.' With standard Joomla you can build a page out of featured items. It's easy. In K2 I see no place where you can use 'featured' name for anything. Why is it even included?

Check the item ordering in the k2 category settings, there is a setting there for featured first

Thanks for the reply. I rearranged my tags and categories to use the featured parameters, but as soon as I got the featured items to the top the other items changed how they were sorted. I'll figure it out one day.
