It's out only for 1.5 right now.

This is just to communicate how frustrated I am with k2joom.com, not their k2multinotify extension that I purchased, but because I was never able to download it after I paid for it, and after multiple emails to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and messages through their contact form, they never got back to me.

Worst time ever purchasing a Joomla extension in over 7 years, I'm a web developer. I found it incredible that they never took the time to reply to my legitimate request to unlock my account - I never got the activation link email, and no didn't go into myh Junk mail folder. And when contacting them at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. used 2 different addresses, one of them a gmail.com address too make sure the issue my email was getting to them and not rejected like spam for whatever reason...

Here is my email history with them with no reply from them at all. I completed a PayPal payment on 2012-09-27, instant payment not e-check.., with them and never got any news from them to my request to be finally able to download the K2Multinotify extension.

I'm just sharing this with you in case you intend to order something from k2joom.com - I've paid and got nothing, was robbed with absolutely no feedback from them , so 7 days after ordering, still any reply from them and still unable to login the subscriber zone to download as my account is locked.

I had to ventilate my frustration and warn people here about k2joom.com and their incredible customer service. Not so much the 10$ USD, but the principle of ordering something and getting it... simply.

Anyhow, here is the email history with absolutely NO reply from them, but they took my 10$ USD.

Nice going k2joom.com.

Maybe you'll reply through this forum. But look at the email I sent you since Sept. 27 that are below, and reply to me by email so I can finally download your extension.

For the moment I consider your business a SCAM considering the customer experience I got, wait a minute didnt even get a customer experience , never got the damn extension that I need: K2MultiNotify.

I’ve been robbed of 10$, not much the 10$ but the frustration of not getting what I’ve paid for and NO reply whatsoever from the supplier, incredible.

I’m waiting until Monday morning Eastern Time (Montreal), then I’ll ventilate my frustration on Joomla blogs, extension sites, etc.

My first bad online shopping experience/transaction since 8+ years. Never taught it would be related to a Joomla extension, web development.

About my previous post,

Simon from k2joom.com replied to me.

They never got my emails following my order, email issues it seems, and from k2joom.com to me as for the Joomla activation email. Had a doubt it was something like this as nothing else would justify not replying in this case. I sent from 2 different email addresses my request after ordering the extension.

Anyhow, finally my account was unblocked and I could login and download the extension.

Sorry for the frustration, I understand this was out of k2joom control, and certain you understand my previous complaints with the delay and everything.

So we heard many times "it's coming soon" but several months later there's nothing, not even a word from developper to give some news. I'm really disappointed.

Does someone knows an alternative to multi-notify ?
