Hello,

I wish to know how can I avoid K2 from generating multiple images per item without loosing the upload function whence we add a new item via Administrator.

The reason is that we don't use the modal image view on the frontend item display and in the categories listen, the same size of the images is the same size we use on the items, 660x330.

We've got many generated images for the same item and that occupies a lot of hosting space, which for us its useless.

There are no optiona to change the way k2 handles item image creation except for the sizes of the images that will be created

I am aware of that, however, what I am asking is if there's any hack, code, extension or block which can be applied in order to stop the generation of images we will not need.

not that i have heard of, and if you do that, you will loose your changes on upgrade...
