Hi!

Can anyone explain how to fix links on authors name in category and it's items view:

In some categories view (with setings inheritated form other category) there are wrong links on authors name. It link to home page insted to all items posted by that author.

here is two examples:
1. this is the category that is used as "inherited seetings" for the rest of the categories:
e-politic.ro/eveniment
the authors links are made to home page. NOT to authors items.

2. this is a category with the RIGHT links on authors name:
www.e-politic.ro/alegeri-2012/pc

please not that the second category has all settings inheritated from the first category.

Hi. Ensure that the item's which have the wrong links do not have the "Author alias" field filled up.

Do you also know why if a trashed a menu that was "k2 latest items" from category type and created a new one with the same category and menu name/alias that is K2 category type why items do not display?

if I want to run a MySql operation from PHP MyAdmin and remove all author aliases from all k2 items, what would be the syntax?

this issue was solved! Had to purge few url friendly links to that menu created by sh404SEF :-)
