I have a multi user site, with about 9000 profiles.

All of them is located in the default group: registered users.

Should I use the Import Joomla! user - function?

Will that function spoil any thing, change any thing in my setup? Will it send out msg to my users?

I dont want to spam 9000 users :)

Hi. The import is not sending any emails to anyone, it just creates the same groups as K2 user groups and assigns users to them. But i am pretty sure that it will fail since 9000 is large number. Make sure that you increase your PHP memory limit and maximum execution time values before executing.

Thanks for the info, I will take db backup before I try... Did a test at my local host and there was no problem there..
