I want on my blog that only registered user can post their comment after login but posted comments will show to all.

try change comments settings in parameters to registered only

I have changed already.It shows login to post comments but no link for login...even i installed cooments component for this but still the same problem :(

Publish k2 users or k2 login module for login

Hi. William told you everything you need. The modules contain the links for login. If you want to display the link at the point K2 says "login to post comments" you need to do it by your own. You need to make a template override of the item.php and place the link there.
