Question about categories and email

Hello guys,

i have several categories on my website which are moderated by different people.
Therefore i want to let each individual know, when a comment has been posted in his personal category.
Right now, i can only find one field where i can enter only 1 email adress for comments posted in any category.

Example:
Categories: News (person A), Product X (person B), Product Y (person C), Support (person D)
If a user posts a comment in category "product x" - only "person B" is getting an email. Other persons, who dont care about the other categories dont get anything.

Hi. I think that you are not in the right forum. K2 does not support email notifications when a comment is posted. Probably you use another extension for that. So, you need to ask the developer's of the specific extension.

Thank you for your reply.

In K2 Settings is a "comment" tab where i can enter an email adress for notifications (reports).
I thought there might be an option to extend this on categories.

Too bad you said there is not. I need to watch for another plugin to extent K2 :(

This email is for reporting an offending or abusing content to the site administrator, not notifying. That's why it says "report" and not "notify".
