I am constructing a tourist websie which will consist of about 5 categories.

I want users to be able to put formard suggestions for inclusion via a new form.

I have built a sample form in Joiomla but I need users to be able to use this as a template to create new article.

The form should consist of a few items.

(1) Category. This must be selected from an exising Joomla category (inc Undefined)
(2) [Title eg name of place
(3) Single image. I may need a slideshow later
(4) Brief description of place.
(5) Addrress. This will simply be somethlng like 24 Main Street.. No need for Town zip etc.
(6) Map. I'll prompt users to supply URL from Google Maps.
(7) Article to be saved as Unpublished.
(8) Webmaster to be notified of new article, together with a copy of it.

I may want to add comments but the scope of these should be at the article level,

Is this something I can easily achieve with K2?
