Is there a way to put facebook comments under user description?

If yes, what's the best module for that?

The only thing I could do was put the facebook comments at end of article, above the extra fields...

Hi. Comments can only placed in item view. If you want to move their position inside that view you need to make a template override to the item.php file. Regarding the Facebook integration try to search for a related plugin.
