Hello all !

I am trying to assign modules to specific K2 items and K2 categories.

I know Advanced Modules Manager can do it, but I don't want to upgrade my php version.

I have read on other boards about a 'workaround' - creating menu items linked to k2 items, and then assigning the modules to those menu items.

I've tried doing it, but have failed. Can someone describe the method in detail ? Or point me in the right direction.

Just as a note, I've ran advanced module manager with great success on php 5.2 sites (thanks to Rackspace Cloudsites) despite the warnings from the installation and NoNumber... You can at least try it and see. Just uninstall if it doesn't work.

There is no detail in this. Just make menu links to the categories who contain your items.
