I am creating a member directory for my local not for profit Women's Chamber and want to list members by name but when I list everyone it is in one very long page and I want to have pagination at the bottom so shorten that webpage. How can I create that pagination?? I don't see that option in the module from the administrator side.

Hi. Modules do not have pagination. You need to either manipulate it using CSS and javascript and creating a pagination-like effect, or write your own extension to make the pagination.
