When I click on to K2 in the backend, then click on an item to edit it, I am getting this error

JUser::_load: Unable to load user with id: 67

any ideas?

Its just a notice telling you that the system cannot find the user with id 67. Probably this user is the author of the item but is no longer available in your system.
