K40 error, but I am at least honest about it was created by Martin Reinert
I have heard so many nice things about K2, so I want to give it a try.
I have also listened to some video tutorials, but I guess I run into a K40 error or something very obvious, since I just cant find it in the tutorials.
I created 2 articles. Then I imported them. I had not created menus for them.
With out K2 I would go to menu and create menu with link to a single article.
How do I do that in K2???
I created an about category and an about page (brand new site) and another test page.
There is to be a menu point named About, and the about page is to be visible when clicking on the menu link.
I am lost. It probably is very easy and logical - once you know it. Maybe it is because I am not familiar with the terminology of K2.
Thanks for help!

You can goto your menu, create a new menu choice, select K2 item, at the top right choose the k2 "item" you want displayed.
"terminology of K2" Think of an article as a K2 Item
Categories are the same, the enhancment to Joomla article system (com_content) is that each K2 item can have associated with it an image, attachment, gallery, video as well as the text.
The video tutorials by ostraining are very good

William, thanks for the reply, but I guess you need to be more specific, step by step.
I think I have done what you say, but there is no menu.
On the frontpage there is only a featured test article.
The ostraining you mention is that free?
If you want you can get access or team-view access.

webaktuelt.dk/
latest joomla version
There is no video with the part that I dont get to work. :(
I cannot link an article or make menu to article.
Maybe I need to disable K2. Maybe installation error or error in K2.
I am perfectly able to do menu points of any kind in normal Joomla, so I dont have time to work this K2 out for hours.
Seems not that easy for me.

@Martin Reinert
Creating menu links with Joomla! is a simple procedure and it's the same for every extension. If you are not familiar with Joomla! make a Google search about creating menu links in Joomla! . I guess you will find many many tutorials.

Well, I am not new to Joomla, but new to K2. So I guess I will just stick to Joomla.
