URLS seem to include all of the catergories

URLS seem to include all of the catergories was created by Bernie T

When I click on the different menu items of my s ite. My url looks like this:

www.thetimesweekly.com/index.php/homepage/subscribe/health-news/travel-news/entertainment-news/campus-news/state-news/news/out-about/2012-08-03-01-04-26/senior-news/about/local

This is also being passed down to the articles in that category.

There are a few that look the way I want them for example:
www.thetimesweekly.com/index.php/homepage/out-about/news

I've been using K2 for a few months, can someone please help?
