Depending on how you've structured your content, you can set Usergroups so that specific users within a specific usergroup will have Comment Permissions per category while guests would have comment restrictions.
To limit comment permissions per article based on guest/registered (refer to example below)
Example Category A contains Article A, B and C
Registered User CAN comment on Category A - Articles A - C
Guest User CAN Comment on Category A - Article A and C
Guest User CANNOT Comment on Category A - Article B
I'm not too sure you can do this with K2 alone, however a custom permissions re-write could be made up to display the comment box to specific usergroups and hide it from other usergroups (probably only guests)

What version of Joomla and K2 are you running?

Many thanks for your reply !
I'm using K2 v.2.5.4.
This is what I need:
Example Category A contains Article A, B and C
Registered User CAN comment on all Articles on Category A
Guest User CAN Comment on Category A - Article A and C
Guest User CANNOT Comment on Category A - Article B

@Francesco
No this cannot be done. You can either have comments enabled for everyone or logged in users. In the second case you can apply further restrictions by using the K2 user group "Post comments" permission. But this can be applied in categories not in items.
