I actually have 280 000 user on my website and they are all loaded in the sorting drop box of ITEM else to show only user who have wrote item.

Hi. You need to remove the filter. Edit file administrator/components/com_k2/views/items/view.html.php. Find the variable $lists and set it to an empty string:
