I've installed joomla 1.5.26 and installed K2 2.5.7 .
The article I've added is very long and when I click read more button in admin panel in order to write the rest
of the article it turns back to the admin panel enterance without saving my writings.

No, I don't get any error message. In the admin panel, ("New Item" or "Edit Item") I click on "Read More" button it throws me back to the admin enterance without saving the article.
And I notice that "Read More" button has a link like that => gayeer.brinkster.net/Joomla2/administrator/#


I think just because of this link it throws me back to the admin panel enterance.

Look at your browser console for javascript errors.

It's very interesting that "read more" button in admin site works with browser Firefox but it doesn't work with Internet Explorer. Thanks, You've partially solved my problem. I'll use always Mozilla Firefox.
