Posting news in 1 column instead of two was created by Scott McLaughlin
On my site, new.converseconsultants.com, is there a way to have featured articles or major company news listed in a single column, instead of occupying two columns? Currently, I am using the K2 Content module to do some of this, but it doesn't have spacing between the articles. I would rather have K2 items that are published showing up on the front page without having to select 'Featured', Is there a way to publish K2 articles and have them show up on the front page of the site?

I am trying to make this section (news) similar to that of www.shawgrp.com in regards to press releases. Am I on the right track, or should I use a different module?

Hi. The items are in one column. What you want to do? If you want to change the appearance you need to know CSS.

What is the thin box on the bottom with the RSS feed icon in relation to? I'd like to get rid of it if possible as it's taking up space that I can use for other content.

Play around with the module settings. There is an option for hiding this.
