K2 is not showing usernames for comments (only real name). Also, captcha isn't displaying to post a comment. I've tried changing the module settings for K2 Comment, but that doesn't work. Can anyone help?

Are comments enabled? Do you get any javascript errors? Try with the default template.

Comments are enabled.

Issue seems to be confined to Comments attached to a specific item. No Javascript errors that I can see. But if I publish the K2 Comments module, it shows the username (not real name). But if you go to the article, it shows the real name. And there's still no Captcha for posting.
