Hello there

Does anyone have any good suggestions for adding extra fields to the K2 USER page?

It's a similar concept as adding extra fields for K2 items/categories, except I want to add extra fields for my users.

E.g In addition to the standard ones, I need:

Title:
Location:

Etc.

I have installed User Extended Fields already, so if anyone has a workaround for this plugin that could possibly work too, please let me know.

You can view the source of the UEF plugin and see how it works and change or add fields. You can also create a new plugin using examples from the K2 Example plugin for developers - See here
