I really do like the K2 user module. I would love to set up the module menu items (new article, my page, my settings, comments in my articles) with Joomla ACL so i can say, only users in group/access level have access to their page, their settings ...

Hi. This is not supported by K2. You can however make a template override and show/hide the links accordingly. Of course this assumes that you are familiar with the Joomla! API.

unfortunately I am not. I can just disable the link within a template, but i do not know how to show a user menu item to certain users while hiding from others. :(
