Getting Blank screen in admin when I try to create new article and new category??

I have looked, but cannot find what plugin this is - the "editors-xtd" doesn't relate to ones I find in plugins

search your plugins for xtd and if you find some...try disabling them

Found it, but not under that name, it was the following plugin:

Editor Button - Insert HTML (EDITOR BUTTON)

seems to be working now - the plugin was for inserting custom HTML - I guess it's not compatible - it's OK - I don't use it.

One other question - which menu item do I use for user to create new article? the menu item in K2 "Item edit form" is not functioning - when I link it, it is loading to new window , with error 404

You should enable k2 users module, when logged in an add item link will appear
