I've tried searching, but can't find anything related to this.

If I try to add an attachment to an item, it fails no matter which method I use to make the file available. Uploading through the K2 Attachments dialogue results in a seemingly successful upload, but the file doesn't appear on the server, this is regardless of whether I allow the default location, or add a new one. The upload limit far exceeds any file sizes I've tried. I even tried with a 6k jpeg file, but to no avail.

If I upload the file via FTP, the file cannot be attached through the K2 Attachments dialogue, as clicking the "select a file from the server" button shows no files available. Again, it doesn't matter whether I use the default location or not. What actually happens, is that the file dialogue opens in the "Images" folder, and can't be navigated up any levels from there. I've even tried making the Images folder the default attachments folder, which then allows me to attach the file, but it still returns a "File not found" error.

Am I missing something obvious here?
