Article hits counter and Ajax was created by Green Leen
Hello,
Thanks for the great extension(s)!
I have a question about articles hits counter: if I enable Joomla cache (or Jotcache) will the article hits counter increment on every page reload?
I hope, i will receive a quick response.

I am also looking for a workaround on this issue.
If caching is disabled, the server slows down. If caching is enabled, k2 article hit counts are not updated, as a result of which I am not able to use features like most popular articles, most read, etc..
Any suggestions ?

Hi. No hits counter cannot be updated when caching is enabled.

Lefteris, is there any extension that you know you of, handling this massive issue?
I use only K2 in my blog, traffic gets higher, I'm runing over the CPU limits and cache (probably) helps.
But hits do not update with cache. And with no hits updatinf there's less traffic and absolutely no advertisers as they all tend to look at Hit counters. It's a dead end for me (and many others) and my website (including lot's of mine and I guess K2's efforts) makes no sense at all.
