Hello All,

I have fully configured K2 and I am most impressed with this platform. I was wondering if I could make the content of my galleries dynamic from an external server. What I would like this external server to do is insert new items into joomla database via a cron job on the remote database calling a php interface on my joomla server that I would write. I was hoping to use something like this idea documented here:

I was wondering if people could tell me what interface in php i need to access to add items into the K2 database. For instance, what php do I require? Also, how would I add said item to a category? I would also really love to know how to add field values to an item object.
