I'm involved in a non-profit project to implement a feature that has to do as explained below:
1. a user register an account with its details: name, location, zip code etc.
2. he/she may set a notification: so that when an event (a pet has been found or else) happens in the user location (selected by the user itslef with: zip code, or miles radius yfrog.com/16qx1p) that user has to receive a notification (with the method he/she set: e-mail or else).

I need to know if you may provide an extension that do that in order to buy it or not.
