I don't know what I did—one of the last things I did before things went awry was clear the cache. I don't know whether this was related but one of my slider modules was not working properly. There was a thing going round and round as if the module was trying to load an image but couldn't. I thought maybe clearing the cache would fix it, but it didn't. I happened to click on the blog page and it displayed funny. Without the header, etc as if the template was broken.

And none of the K2 item pages displayed properly either. The content is still there but it doesn't show properly. You can't see any template features.
