Older site that I'm trying to get all of the extensions up to date because of a hack. Didn't see anything on the site about whether this is possible (moving from 2.4.1 to 2.6.1) without issue. I just want to know if it's possible and if there are any issues that would present since this is a live site.

Hi. You should make a backup and deploy your site to a test server in order to be sure about this. Normally you should not have any issues.
