Basically I'm building a coupon site and selling featured spots one two levels 1 for the whole site and 1 for the area page.

SO for example:

Viewing all Auto - coupon A is featured because he's a regional sponsor; viewing all auto in metro area coupon a AND b are featured because b is an area sponsor.

I'm using the k2 filter to filter for location based on tag.
