Good evening. I am new to Joomla and K2 and started with our Clanpage. But I have an issue that I cant fix:

We have the category "clan" with a picture setted up. In menu tab for the News side we have made it to: Article from one or more Userers or groups". We signed in 2 Accounts as autors and build a category named "Clan" with a Picture. After that i started to write a News in that category. On the Newslink i can see that News but without the Clan Picture, therefore with the Avatar and Nick of the autor.

Can anyone tell me how to change it so that if u write a news in the Category "Hardware" f.e. u see only that picture of a PC and not the Avatar and name of the Autor?

Not sure if i understood correctly, but i believe you have to change the settings for the category:
Go to K2 component
click on categories
choose "clan" category
On the right you will see "category view options" and "item view options"
On category view, choose "Show Image": yes
On "Item view on category list options" (or something like that, i have my k2 in spanish) "Author: hide"
On "item view options" choose under "Author Options" hide everything

now i have only white stripes there and not a picture:

If u click on clan in the first news on the left, u will be redirected to the category news and there is the picture, but it should appear on the news site :/

Nobody knows how to fix this?

if by fix you mean make the white go away, you will have to edit k2.css line 650 and change the formatting of div.latestItemUser

I dont wanna go that white away, i wanna have the Category Picture there :/

No one has an idea?
