New to this and couldn't find this question anywhere else, so apologies if it's been asked and answered

I want to set up a system where comments are checked before publishing. So I've set "Enable comment auto publishing" as No.

When comments are made the person is told "Comment added and waiting for approval."

Is there a way of notifying someone that there's comments awaiting approval?

Further, is there a way of setting this up so that registered people can have their comments automatically added?

Comment autopublishing is either on or off.
K2multinotify an extension from jiliko.net and k2joom.com will send a notification of a new comment addition, but is not released for joomla 2.5 yet.

yeah - that's what I thought. Unfortunately that makes K2 unusable for blogging for my client :( It would be nice to have the functionality built in to K2
