Blog contains the login and I am able to login via front end as well as edit, publish, etc.

I am not able to log out, and not able to access my account once logged on the front. I have built a test user

The logout form submits the data to com_user an not to com_users. The same error also triggered when you click my account if you haven't noticed that. Make a try with the following

Open {your_site}/modules/mod_k2_login/tmpl/userblock.php and replace every

K2_JVERSION=='16'

with

K2_JVERSION!='15'

There are 3 in the current script that you must change.
Additionaly i have attached the userblock.php from my installation with the changes in order to compare yours and better guide you with this modification. I stongly advise to make a backup of your current file before you proceed .
