Firstly I am a newbie.
I have k2 component imported.
I have created an article in Joomla Article manager (Not a k2 item) and mapped to a menu item type "Articles » Single Article".

When I open the web page the url goes like this
mydomain.com/index.php/com-k2/k2-media-manager/about-us-menu-item

I have no idea where the part "com-k2/k2-media-manager/" is coming from.

I have tried disabling the component "k2" component, modules & plugins from extensions manager, but of no use. Also tried disabling the SEF (search engine friendly plugin). No use

please help out.
