few problems after upgrading to joomla 2.5 was created by dalibor Strop
Hello I have recently upgraded to j2.5 but I have few issues with K2
1. it doesnt translate some texts such as published in etc...
2. there are social sharing links but no buttons

do you have any idea where can be the problem?

Hi. Regarding your issues:
1. Ensure that you have installed the desired Joomla! and K2 language packs.
2. The social links have been removed from K2. If you have placed them into your templates you need to add CSS and add the icons by your own.

yes I have installed all the language files and udated K2 but I have still these social links there I didnt add them manually. Somewhere on the forum I found that it might be porblem with some database entry but there were no further explanation. thank you for your suggestions.

Well, the social media links were removed? Now the tab "Socio" in K2 general settings doesn't mean anything? We can use special modules, but it's necessary to put social links before the button BACK TO TOP!

The social links are left there probably on a template override.

You can still use the 'Social button' code to use a service like "Add this" etc. The hard-coded links which were there in the past have been removed.
