in practice in the blog page that I created with k2, I put items with photos and videos, and everything is working correctly, in fact pictures and titles and more are lined up perfectly, I only have the problem instead of the video I was put under the title and not above as thumbnails of the pictures.

You will have to create an override and assign it to that category.
In the override you will need to edit category_item.php and move the block of code that displays the video directly under the code that displays the item image.
If both exist this still wont work, if only one exists it should work
