Hi,
Been using K2 successfully for two years on Joomla 1.5. Fresh install Joomla 2.5.8, newest RocketThemes template, Graffito, newest version of K2 2.6.1.
Try to add new Category using K2. Attempt to save (use Save, Save & Close, Save & New) fails, I get a blank white page. Obvious I can't make new K2 Items with no categories to place them in.
A look through K2 Community suggested by Moderator William White (

on the left it will most likely say
mb_encoding off
Check with your host and tell them to turn it on for your site..."
Unfortunately, no such item is present on the K2 Information tab. To direct my site admin, I need the component and location for him to switch it "ON".
