Can not Add / Edit k2 items

I found this error when I try to send the item:

[04:53:17.623] ReferenceError: validateExtraFields is not defined @ index.php/second-novel/item/add?tmpl=component:173

What does this mean?!
It's really a strange problem, because I was using the site very well, but suddenly I became unable to add items :(

I am experiencing this same error in a newly migrated Joomla 2.5.8 site with K2 2.6.2 in a Graffito theme. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve? This happens for us in both front end from the Add Item link but also in back end editing. We are using the K2 User login module.

Just had the same problem.
Just reinstalling k2 again did the trick for me.

Hi!
I've the same problem.. I have recently started getting this error massages (on Firebug's Console) when I try to save Items:

ReferenceError: validateExtraFields is not defined

I'm working on Joomla 2.5.13 with K2 2.6.7.

Can someone help me?
