since you are showing multiple categories, check the settings in the menu item that you created and set it there

I found problem. This is really bug.
Parent category have ID 3.
Subcategories have IDs 1 and 2.
So, when I set needed settings in subcategory with ID 1 - everything ok.
So, settings for subcategory with id 1 works for parent category with id 3.
But this is not good...
So, I deleted all categories and recreated them parent category with id 1, subcategories 2 and 3.
And now all ok.
Hope you understand me

Yes, I'm right.
I repeat this bug on other site.
If parent category don't have id 1 - setting for this category don't works...

I have some problems with the category params too. Like romagromov I want to migrate from Joomla 2.5 to 3.0 and doing this from hand.
First I describe one of my problems. I`ve a category without any subcategories. Here is an image with the category params.
So on my site the category title shouldn`t be linked, but they are.
In another case I have problems with the category layout. I think there is something going wrong with the params in the frontend with Joomla 3.0. So please take a look at this.
But thanks for that great component.

I am experiencing the same problem
I have a k2 category menu item. It only displays one category.
No matter what I change the category display settings to, nothing changes on the front end. Actually I can turn on and off the item counters for the sub category but that is it.
Any suggestions? Has any one found a fix?
Does the order of the category / sub category ID's matter?
Thanks! -- Steven
