I have joomla 1.5.26 installed on a windows 2008 server running PHP 5.3.18 and I am having a problem with the save and close buttons when editing an article using the front-end interface. My K2 Version is 2.6.2. For some reason the Save and Close buttons will not work when clicked on. They work just fine in Firefox when editing the same article. I'm guessing it is IE being picky about a misplaced comma in some script somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I have found numerous posts on the internet describing issues with the save and close button, but none of them seemed to note that this was only happing with IE. I've tried several of the suggestion on those posts, but none seem to be the fix for this issue. Anyone have any suggestions on how to track this issue down?

i have exactly the same problem. only IE / Internet Explorer doesnt work. No saving and noch close. I cant write content in my joomla system.
