Turn off category item title was created by Rich Sprague
Sorry to be a bother, but I'm having trouble turning off the category item title on this page.
102012dev.richsprague.com/index.php/whats-new
I'm sure it's probably something simple, but I'm stuck.
Thanks for any help.

Hi, I take it that you mean Sun City Lincoln Hills Awards Me Major Web Contract , if so in Edit Item look in " Item view options in category listings " settings. Title = Hide
If you want same setting for all Items in that Category in above setting = inherit from category.
Then Edit that Category - Item view options in category listings - Title = Hide

Peter,
Thanks for your reply.
What I'm trying to turn off is the gross title block on that page which says: "What's New."
Any further ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks so much for your time.

Hello, Peter.
This is my new site ... I hope to have it done by Christmas. What do you do and where are you located?
You helped me determine the problem, although I had already done what you suggested. Because I was inheriting parameters from another category, the override wasn't working. So I made the change in the original category. Shouldn't the override work?
Now, I have one more problem. The content on the page doesn't flow all the way over to the right as it should. I'm sure you'll know exactly what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks again.

Hi Rich,
Actually I do the same as you and I am in Australia, I noticed this link on your page
It just seemed a coincidence because it's pretty much my target audience, here's a beta site I'm currently working on. I uploaded it a week ago it's a fair bit more advanced.
Anyway back to your problem, add an image & some text see how it displays then.

Nice site.
My target audience is based more on geography, marketing and referrals, than a specific market segment. 36 Handles is a new restaurant than just opened a couple of weeks ago and my site is almost ready to go: 36handles.com/index.php. I already have done business with the owner for another restaurant, and it looks like I may be doing a site for the center and another for the developer. I'm not sure whether it's vertical or horizontal marketing, but whatever works, right? While my focus is on web design and development, I still do a lot of print.
Back to my site ... the problem again was due to inherited settings. The K2 overrides simply weren't working or weren't working the way I thought they should.
You helped me discover the problem and solve it ... which was the important thing.
Thanks again and best wishes.
