Hi guys,
I am looking to see of there is an option for a smart resize for the K2 items Images. meaning that the component will see whether the image orientation is landscape or portrait (according to the aspect ratio) and will decide per this whether it should set the height or the width to a constant.
what I am trying to eventually solve is that I have a gallery with previews for each item and specific size for the preview making the previews either not displaying the essence of the picture or no filling the full size allocated for the preview. (see attached picture)

The final result the component should provide is to identify the orientation, and create a thumbnail by down-sizing, either according to height or width, and then crop, either from the bottom or from the sides, again according the the orientation.

It sounds a bit complicated, would appreciate your thoughts on the subject.
