I have tried to resolve the issue myself but it seems to be hardcoded somwhere and I couldn't find it

Joomla 3.0
K2 version 2.6.2

I have set the Home Page->K2 Item->10 Consigli Utili trought the Menu option and assigned in "Advance Option"->"Page Display Option"->"Browser Page Title"->Fitland Palestra San Carlo Canavese
Show Page heading is set to No

Unfortunately it seems like Joomla cannot override the K2 item title and the problem I've got is that Browser Page title shown is "10 Consigli Utili" in stand of "Fitland Palestra San Carlo Canavese"

I have also tried the following bug for Joomla 3.0 but It doesn't apply to me for two reason:
1)I'm using K2
2)I have selected "Link to Item" and not "Link to Category"
